Saber Oil & Gas Ventures LLC is offering certain operated Permian Basin properties in a sale handled by advisory firm TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC.

The offer includes average 90.1% working interest and 73.9% net revenue interest in legacy fields covering about 15,000 gross (12,800 net) acres (100% HBP) in Andrews, Ector and Scurry counties, Texas, and Lea and Eddy counties, N.M.

The majority of value is in the Martin and Andrews South fields in Andrews County and the North Cowden Field in Ector, according to TenOaks. Stacked pay zones in each field include the Yates, Queen, Grayburg, San Andres, Holt, Glorieta, Spraberry, Wolfcamp, Devonian and Simpson formations.
