Saber Oil & Gas Ventures LLC retained TenOaks Energy Advisors LLC to sell certain operated properties in the Permian Basin.
Offer includes about 15,000 gross (12,800 net) acres (100% HBP) with an average 90.1% working interest and 73.9% net revenue interest. Recent net production is roughly 400 boe/d.
The majority of the value is in Andrews and Ector counties, Texas, according to TenOaks. Other assets are located in Lea and Eddy counties, N.M., and Scurry County, Texas.
