Weatherford International Ltd., Geneva, Switzerland, (NYSE: WFT) reports two subsidiaries commenced cash tender offers for up to $700 million aggregate principal amount of specified series of their outstanding senior debt.
The redemption is for various amounts of 6.625% senior notes due 2011, 5.95% senior notes due 2012, 5.15% senior notes due 2013 and 4.95% senior notes due 2013. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are joint lead dealer managers and Global Bondholder Services Corp. is depositary.
Weatherford provides equipment and services such as drilling, evaluation, completion, production and intervention for the worldwide energy industry.
