Warren Resources, Inc. (NasdaqGS: WRES) appointed Robert Ferer its corporate development and investor relations associate, the company said Jan. 16. Investor relations efforts and corporate growth initiatives will be his focus, the company added.
Ferer was an equity research associate and has more than four years’ experience in financial analysis and equity capital markets, the company said.
Prior to joining Warren, Ferer was an associate on KeyBanc Capital Markets' oil and gas exploration and production equity research team from 2011 to 2013.

Warren Resources is an independent energy exploration, development and production company focused on domestic onshore oil and natural gas. It operates in California’s Wilmington oilfield and Wyoming’s natural gas Washakie Basin.
