E. Will Gray II, CEO of Dala Petroleum, said that in the current price environment there can be a disconnect between what owners think their property is worth, and what it is worth due to the price downturn. Questions to ask include: Do I have enough leverage? Am I making money on the property? Service costs need to be negotiated if possible. Gray said that in the next two quarters Dala will have more conventional activity in the Permian Basin.
