Upland Exploration Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Assets Clearinghouse to sell certain non-operated producing assets in the Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma.

The package includes an average 4% working interest (3% net revenue interest) in 88 producing wells in multiple fields in Wheeler County, Texas, and Roger Mills, Beckham, Washita, Kiowa, Caddo, Comanche, Stephens and Latimer counties, Oklahoma.

Net production is approximately 31 barrels of oil and 2.4 million cubic feet of gas per day.

Upside includes multiple pay from the Granite Wash, Atoka, Marmaton, Marrow, Cherokee and Britt formations. Various operators include Questar, St. Mary, Apache and Marathon.
