Upland Exploration Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain nonoperated assets in Washita, Roger Mills and Beckham counties, Oklahoma, and Wheeler County, Texas. The package includes 4.4% average working interest (3.2% net revenue interest) in 21 nonoperated wells producing from the Cottage Grove and Atoka formations in the Granite Wash play. Projected net production for October is 1.5 million cubic feet and 40 barrels of oil per day. Projected net cash flow for October is $400,000. Upside includes 20 proved undeveloped and 10 probable and possible drilling locations. Additionally, 100% working interest in 20,564 net undeveloped acres in LeFlore County, Oklahoma, are being offered separately. The data room opens Oct. 6. The bid due date is Oct. 28.
