Upland Exploration Inc. has retained The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse to sell certain nonoperated assets in Washita and Roger Mills counties, Oklahoma, and Wheeler County, Texas, in a negotiated sale. The package includes 4.3% average working interest (3.2% net revenue interest) in the Granite Wash play with 23 wells producing from the Cottage Grove and Atoka formations. Net July production was 2.4 million cubic feet and 55 barrels of oil per day. Projected net cash flow is $750,000 per month. Significant upside potential exists. An additional 20,564 net undeveloped acres are being offered separately in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The data room opens Sept. 2. The bid due date is Sept. 30. The effective date is Oct. 1.
