The package includes 0.2% to 26% working interest in 15 nonoperated gas wells in Big Escambia Creek Field in Escambia County producing from the Smackover formation. Estimated net production is 1.725 million cubic feet equivalent per day. Estimated net cash flow is $200,000 per month.
