Invicta Oil & Gas Ltd., Vancouver, (Toronto Venture: IGG) and InterOil Corp., Queensland, Australia, (Amex: IOC) plan joint exploration and development of up to four wells on three petroleum prospect licenses in Papua New Guinea. Any discovered gas will be taken to InterOil's planned LNG facility in Papua New Guinea. Invicta is a 90% shareholder in Cheetah B.C., a subsidiary of Cheetah Oil & Gas Ltd., Vancouver, (OTCBB: COGL) which holds two of the three licenses.
