Chesapeake Operating Inc. of Oklahoma City, completed three horizontal Niobrara producers in a Powder River Basin area in Converse County, Wyo. The #26-33-70A 1H York Ranch is in Section 26-33n-70w and produces from a horizontal Niobrara interval at 11,205-17,796 ft. following a 20-stage fracturing. The well flowed 752 bbl. of oil and 2.15 million cu. ft. of gas per day. The Niobrara lateral extends north-northwestward to 17,950 ft., with a bottomhole location in Section 23-33n-70w. Tested on a 30/64-in. choke, the casing pressure was 2,400 psi. True vertical depth is 11,022 ft. The #25-34-71 STA 1H Clausen Ranch is in Section 25-34n-71w and initially flowed at a peak rate of 1,075 bbl. of oil, 2.2 million cu. ft. of gas, with 280 bbl. of natural gas liquids per day from an undisclosed fractured horizontal Niobrara lateral. In Section 23-33n-71w in the Fetter Field area, #23-33-71A 3H Wallis initially flowed at a peak rate of 1,105 bbl. of oil, 3 million cu. ft. of gas, with 385 bbl. of natural gas liquids per day from an undisclosed fractured horizontal Niobrara interval.
