Robert V. Shields has resigned as a director of Huntington Exploration Inc. (TSXV: HEI.V), the company said April 10.
Huntington seeks candidates for appointment to its board of directors, the company said, adding that it “wishes to thank Mr. Shields for his service to Huntington.”
Calgary, Alberta-based Huntington Exploration Inc. works in oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
