Seminole Energy Services LLC and its subsidiaries said June 5 that the company name has changed to Continuum Energy.
The company will begin operating under one brand, Continuum added. Subsidiaries include Lakeshore Energy, North American Crude Logistics Services and Unimark, the company said.
The company will start a new website, Continuum noted.
"While our name has changed, our core mission remains the same: creating sustained value for our customers, shareholders and employees through resourcefulness and quality of service," Jason Few, president and CEO, said.
The company, dually based in Houston and Tulsa, Okla., serves the domestic midstream industry.
