A group of international oil and gas industry executives and investment bankers has launched OFS Capital, (OFS), an energy investment and merchant bank. OFS provides expert services to the energy industry, including the exploration and production, oil field services, power, distribution and renewable sectors. Advising both corporate and institutional clients, OFS will be active throughout the Americas.
The OFS management team is comprised of strategic senior executives who understand and are well connected with the industry. OFS Managing Directors are: James C. Row, CFA; Luiz Antonio Maneschy; Mark McHugh; Allen Parks; Beatriz Camarena Maney; R. Kirk Sherr; John Daniel; Michael E. Humphries; and Carlos Rojas.
Additionally, the company has recruited an experienced advisory board, which includes: Ambassador Otto J. Reich, president of Otto Reich Associates LLC; Roberto Keoseyan, president and chief executive officer of RK Consultores; and Christopher Larson, managing director for the Pataki-Cahill Group.
