The offer includes working and royalty interests in 28 wells plus leasehold and mineral acreage located in Canadian, Carter, Garvin, Grady, Kingfisher, Love and McClain counties, Okla.

- 0.270101%-9.375% working interest and 0.202576%-7.21875% net revenue interest (before payout);
- Two horizontal permitted wells in Carter and Grady;

- 11-month average net income of $67,787 per month;
- Non-producing leasehold covering 10,080.94 gross (985.9 net) acres;
- Non-producing lease option leasehold for about 90 acres still unleased;
- HBP leasehold covering 1,480 gross (201.37 net) acres;
- Non-producing minerals covering 119.02 gross (17.85 net) acres; and
- Producing minerals covering 134.76 gross (20.21 net) acres.
