New Dawn Energy LLC is offering nonoperated interests in Delaware Basin assets through a sales process being handled by Riviera-Ensley Energy Advisors.

The offer comprises a stake in the Sergeant Project in Culberson County, Texas, which is operated by Concho Resources Inc. (NYSE: CXO). The assets also include HBP acreage with production and development in the Wolfcamp, Bone Spring and Avalon formations.

  • Average net cash flow for the last 12 months of $221,000 per month (last month was $314,000 per month);
  • 2,850 HBP acres;
  • Working interest of 5.98%-6.25%;
