NCL Appalachian Partners LP is offering producing Appalachia wells in Ohio and Pennsylvania for sale.
The offer includes more than 1,000 operated wells and about 211,000 net contiguous acres, according to The Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse LLC, which has been retained by NCL to handle the negotiated transaction.
Highlights:
- Appalachian Gas Basin;
- 1,084 operated and 36 nonoperated producing wells;
- About 211,000 net contiguous acres;
- 2017 annualized cash flow of $2.1 million;
- First-month projected net production of 180 million cubic feet of gas and 185 barrels of oil;
- Strong net revenue interest that includes override and royalty interest on a number of wells, Clearinghouse said; and
- Gas gathering system consisting of 312 miles of field gathering lines.
The package also includes a gas storage opportunity, the firm said.
Bids are due Aug. 26. The sale is expected to have an Oct. 1 effective date. Evaluation data is currently available.
