Hyperion Exploration Corp. (TSXV: HYX.V) appointed William “Bill“ Cromb as its CFO, the company said July 25.
Cromb has more than 30 years’ experience in finance, Hyperion said, noting that he is a chartered accountant. He has worked at Provident Energy Trust, Beau Canada Exploration Ltd., North West Upgrading Inc. and Canterra Energy Ltd., the company said.
Calgary, Alberta-based Hyperion Exploration Corp. operates throughout the province.
