Steve Nathanson, the president and COO of Genesis Energy LP (NYSE: GEL), will resign from these positions April 30, the company said April 14. Nathanson will serve for three years in an advisory capacity during the leadership transition, the company noted.
“Steve has been a critical component of the partnership’s growth and success since joining us through an acquisition in 2007,” said Grant Sims, CEO.
Sims added, “He is well respected in our industry and in the communities in which we operate. We thank Steve for his many contributions and wish him nothing but the best.”
Genesis Energy LP is a Houston-based, domestic-focused midstream MLP.
