Producers Oilfield Services Inc., Calgary, (Toronto: POS) has closed the acquisition of privately held, Airdrie, Alberta-based Supply-Rite Rentals Ltd. for C$6.5 million, including C$6.4 million in cash and the issuance of 12,000 Producers common shares at a deemed value of C$100,000. Supply-Rite provides general oilfield trucking, warehousing and transportation of drilling mud to the oil and gas industry in central and southern Alberta.
