Noble Royalties Inc., Dallas, has closed the acquisition of a royalty asset for $91 million. The acquisition was made through Teal Royalties LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Noble. The acquisition allows the company to expand its positions in the Midcontinent and Permian basins and includes a minimum of 519,700 gross acres and 4,434 wells in 22 states and 220 counties.
