Privately held, Plano, Texas-based Grayhawk Energy Inc. has retained Tristone Capital Inc. to sell the company, which has assets primarily in the Granite Wash of the Texas Panhandle. The package includes a 70% average working interest in 17 wells on 19,750 gross acres (13,850 net) in the Lard Ranch, Mendota NW and Shreikey fields in Roberts and Hemphill counties. Net production is 8.2 million cubic feet of gas and 203 barrels of oil for a total 9.4 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day. The assets are 99% operated.
