Goodrich Petroleum Corp., Houston, (NYSE: GDP) plans to sell substantially all of its assets in South Louisiana to an undisclosed private purchaser for approximately $100 million. The assets include net production of approximately 13 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day and net proved reserves of approximately 41 billion cubic feet equivalent (44% proved developed producing).
