Energy services providers Energy Systems Group and PacificWest Solutions are merging to broaden their offerings in energy efficiency, sustainability and capital infrastructure solutions, the companies announced April 16.
Based in California, PacificWest’s footprint in the municipal, healthcare, K-12 schools and higher education markets combines with Energy Systems Group’s waste-to-energy, distributed generation and renewable energy offerings.
"Energy Systems Group shares PacificWest’s people-first mindset, which is fundamental to why this relationship works. Our clients are the real winners here — we’re still the trusted energy partner they know, but now with access to limitless expertise," said PacificWest President Rob Cho in the press release.
Terms of the merger were not disclosed.
