Enerflex Ltd. announced on March 19 that Enerflex’s Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasury Matthew Lemieux will be replacing Senior Vice President and CFO Sanjay Bishnoi as interim CFO following Bishnoi’s departure on April 10.
Bishnoi is stepping down from his position at Enerflex, a global provider of energy infrastructure and energy transition solutions, to pursue another opportunity, the company said in a press release.
Lemieux has been with Enerflex since 2020 and had a hand in the company’s Exterran acquisition. Prior to Enerflex, Lemieux led $3 billion of equity and mezzanine transactions for GE Energy Financial Services, according to Enerflex’s press release. Lemieux holds an MBA from NYU and a BA from Stern and Dickson College.
A permanent CFO will be announced at a later date.
