The Bank of Texas has announced new energy-lending team members. T. Coy Gallatin, executive vice president and manager, was formerly with the Bank of Oklahoma as a senior energy banker. Mike Delbridge is a senior vice president and former chief credit officer for Bank of Texas. Brian Peter, vice president, was an energy banker with Guaranty Bank in Houston. Drew Armstrong, banking officer, was a credit analyst for Bank of Texas. Matt Chase, banking officer, was previously with Fidelity Investments. Tim Murray has joined Guggenheim Partners, which has opened a Houston office, as managing director. Murray was executive vice president and manager of Wells Fargo's energy group, as well as president of Wells Fargo Energy Capital. John Freeman has been named lead MLP analyst for Raymond James & Associates in the Houston office, where he was an oil-service analyst. Freeman assumes the master limited partnership coverage role from John Tysseland, who has joined Citigroup in MLP coverage. Sunil Deshmukh has joined Constellation Energy Commodities Group Inc. (CCG) in Baltimore as a vice president, working with Dan Reck, managing director, origination. CCG is the wholesale and risk-management arm of Constellation Energy Group. Deshmukh was formerly involved in sourcing oil and gas financing deals for the Harvard Endowment Fund and managing director and head of the global commodity derivatives business for Citibank. Recently, CCG has made investments of $233 million in two transactions for oil and gas producing properties in South Texas and Alabama.
