Donnycreek Energy Inc. (Toronto Venture: DCK) reports that it has closed its previously announced brokered private placement and land acquisition by completing the sale of C$29 million of common shares of the company.
The offering was made through a syndicate of agents led by RBC Capital Markets and including Paradigm Capital Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc.
