Description

Two horizontal Scoop play-Woodford wells were completed from a common drillpad by Oklahoma City-based Continental Resources Inc. in the Anadarko Basin. The ventures are in Section 1-4n-6w in Grady County, Okla. The #1-31-30XH Boatright flowed 14.8 MMcf of gas, 1.003 Mbbl of 54-degree-gravity condensate and 2.108 Mbbl of water per day. It was drilled to 25,600 ft and the true vertical depth is 14,129 ft with a north trending lateral that bottomed in Section 30-5w-5w. Production is from a fractured interval at 15,319-25,225. About 50 ft to the west, #1-36-25HX Peppered Ranch flowed 15.8 MMcf of gas, 921 bbl of 55-degree-gravity condensate and 1.952 Mbbl of water per day. It was drilled to 24,536-ft, 14,195 ft true vertical, with a parallel lateral that was drilled across the section and bottomed in Section 25-5n-6w.
