Blue Racer Midstream LLC and wholly owned subsidiary Blue Racer Finance Corp. will issue $300 million, in aggregate principal amount, of 6.125% senior notes in a private placement, they said July 15.
The notes are due in 2022. The notes in the proposed private placement, and $550 million of identical notes issued on Nov. 13, 2014, will be a single class of debt securities under the indenture, the companies said.
Net proceeds will repay revolving credit facility borrowings and support expansion projects and general corporate purposes.
Dallas-based Blue Racer Midstream LLC is a joint venture between Caiman Energy II LLC and Dominion.
