Anna Lentz, the CFO of Bayshore Petroleum Corp. (TSXV: BSH.V), resigned effective April 1, the company said April 7, noting that she will “pursue other personal and career interests.”
Peter Y. Ho, who currently is CEO and president, was appointed as interim CFO until the position is filled, Bayshore added.
Lentz became CFO in August 2011, the company said.
"Anna joined Bayshore and has made solid contributions to the company as we evolved our business during the past years. On behalf of Bayshore, I wish her the best for the future," Ho said.
Calgary, Alberta-based Bayshore Petroleum Corp. provides technology for North American and international oil producers.
