Atlas Pipeline Partners LP (NYSE: APL) and its subsidiary, Atlas Pipeline Finance Corp., announced that it has priced a private offering of $325 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior notes due 2020. The aggregate principal amount was increased from the previously announced aggregate principal amount of $300 million.
The notes were priced at par and the partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering of approximately $319.1 million to repay a portion of the outstanding indebtedness under its revolving credit facility.
The sale of the notes is expected to settle on Sept. 28, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.
