Access Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: ACMP) opened a public offering of 8 million common units representing limited partner interests owned by Global Infrastructure Partners II, the company said March 10.
Barclays is the offer’s sole underwriter, the company said, noting that Global Infrastructure Partners granted it a monthlong option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional units.
No proceeds will be received by the partnership, and the number of outstanding units remains unchanged, the company said.
Access Midstream Partners LP is a gathering and processing master limited partnership (MLP) based in Oklahoma City. It operates in the U.S. Mid-Continent and the Barnett, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Marcellus, Niobrara and Utica shales.
