XTO Energy Inc., a subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corp., Irving, Texas, (NYSE: XOM) has redeemed US$2.51 billion in senior notes. Barclays Capital Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. were dealer managers and Global Bondholder Services Corp. was depositary.
The redemption consisted of US$735.5 million of 6.25% senior notes due 2017, US$772.9 million of 5.5% senior notes due 2018 and US$1 billion of 6.5% senior notes due 2018.
ExxonMobil is the largest publicly traded international oil and gas company in the world.
