WPX Energy Inc. (NYSE: WPX) opened a tender offer to purchase its outstanding 5.250% senior notes due 2017, the company said April 25.
The total purchase price offered for each $1,000 principal amount of notes is $1,015 plus accrued and unpaid interest. As of April 25, $304.4 million aggregate principal amount of the notes were outstanding.
The tender offer will expire April 29. Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the dealer manager, and the information agent and tender agent is Global Bondholder Services Corp.
