Weatherford International Ltd., Geneva, Switzerland, (NYSE: WFT) reports the reference yield and the total consideration for its previously announced any and all offer by subsidiary Weatherford International Inc. to purchase its outstanding 6 5/8% senior notes due November 15, 2011. The total consideration per $1,000 principal amount is $1,065.75.
The offer is being made in conjunction with the previously announced maximum tender offer to purchase its Delaware subsidiary's 5.95% senior notes due June 15, 2012, and an offer by its Bermuda-exempted subsidiary to purchase its 5.15% senior notes due March 15, 2013 and its 4.95% senior notes due October 15, 2013.
Weatherford Delaware and Weatherford Bermuda have retained Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. and UBS Securities LLC as joint lead dealer managers, and Global Bondholder Services Corp. is the depositary and information agent.
Weatherford provides equipment and services such as drilling, evaluation, completion, production and intervention for the worldwide energy industry.
