HEADLINES: Noble Energy's D-J Divestiture; ConocoPhillips Keeps Exploring

Noble Energy is selling part of its Denver-Julesburg (D-J) Basin position to SRC Energy, which will pay $568 million in cash for the acreage and nonoperated production. Meanwhile, ConocoPhillips said it’s keeping an eye on promising exploration growth areas amid asset sales, debt reduction and volatile commodity prices. In A&D news, Anadarko Petroleum is selling its Southwest Wyoming Moxa asset for about $350 million dollars, and Carrizo Oil & Gas said it's close to selling 30,000 net acres in the D-J Basin.
