Description
Fletcher Petroleum Co. completed a vertical Smackover well in Section 2-11n-3w in Conecuh County, Ala. The #1 Pate 2-12 was tested flowing 480 bbl of 46.8-degree-gravity crude and 360 Mcf of gas per day from perforations at 11,651-71 ft. The Fairhope, Ala.-based company is also underway at a directional Brooklyn Field-Smackover test in nearby Section 11-3n-13e. The #1 Pate 11-2 has a planned depth of 12,200 ft, 11,200 ft true vertical. Within one-half mile to the northwest is a Brooklyn Field well completed by Fletcher in 2016 at #2-5 Findley, which is producing Smackover crude from 11,580-94 ft.
