US Well Services LLC (USWS) completed the debt-for-equity exchange recapitalization that will reduce the debt and provide new working capital, the company said Feb. 3.
The company, which provides high-pressure fracking services in the Marcellus and Utica shales, also appointed Joel Broussard as CEO and Nathan Houston as COO.
Broussard was a founding member of USWS and has been at the company since 2012, working in executive operational roles.
