Description

ConocoPhillips completed two more horizontal Alpine Sand producers drilled from the CD5 pad in Alaska’s National Petroleum Reserve. The pad is in Section 18-11n-4e, Umiat Meridian. The #04-CD5 was tested flowing 3.084 Mbbl of oil and 263 bbl of water per day. It was drilled to 18,878 ft and tested in a fractured open-hole interval at 12,348-18,157 ft. The directionally drilled #05-CD5 Colville River Unit flowed 1.722 Mbbl of oil and 3 bbl of water per day. Production is from a fractured horizontal interval at 11,721-17,129 ft. It was drilled to 17,900 ft. ConocoPhillips is based in Houston.
