Tema Oil and Gas Co. has retained Lantana Oil & Gas Partners to sell central Louisiana oil assets in Frisco and Fordoche fields, Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana. March production was 176 barrels of oil and 78,000 cubic feet of gas per day. Net proved reserves total 605,000 barrels of oil and 358 million cubic feet of gas. Tema is operator.
