Description

Enduring Resources LLC has retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell certain acreage prospective for the Bakken and Three Forks formations in the Williston Basin in North Dakota.

The package includes 100% working interest (80% net revenue interest) in 16,964 gross acres (8,122 net) in McKenzie, Mountrail and Stark counties. The fee and state leases cover all depths with expirations ranging from 2012 through 2015.

In McKenzie County, Enduring holds 11,130 gross acres (7,116 net) on the north end of the Billings Nose. Historical production is from the Madison (Mission Canyon) and Upper Bakken formations, with current Three Forks activity directly south in Bicentennial Field. Large 2010 capital programs are planned by major operators.

In Mountrail County the company holds 2,074 gross acres (293 net). Enduring is participating in XTO Energy Corp.'s Emma 31X-30 well presently drilling with 10 or more rigs currently operating in and around acreage block. The block is on trend with the Middle Bakken/Three Rivers north of Parshall and Sanish Fields.

Stark County interests include 3,760 gross acres (713 net). Past development has targeted the Madison and Heath (Big Snowy) formations. The acreage has similar attributes to Whiting's "Lewis and Clark" area of Three Forks activity to the northwest of acreage block.

The bid due date is June 1. The effective date is June 1. Closing is expected by June 15. Contact Julia Foster, 303-721-6354, ext. 229, jfoster@meagheradvisors.com.
