BlackPearl Resources Inc. has retained PLS Inc. to sell certain interests in Duval County, Texas.

The package includes 17% to 21% non-operated working interest (12% to 24% net revenue interest) in approximately 4,000 acres featuring two wells in Blanchard Field. Gross production is five barrels of oil and 357,000 cubic feet of gas per day (60- to 70 cubic feet of gas equivalent per day).
