Blackpearl Resources Inc. has retained Sayer Energy Advisors to sell certain interests in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The package includes a 100% working interest in two oil properties, four gas properties and six properties producing both in the Alderson, Badger, Enchant, Enchant Arcs Unit No. 3, Eyremore, Hays, Little Bow, Long Coulee, Mulligan, Parkland/Shouldice and Retlaw/Taber areas in Alberta and the Buzzard area of Saskatchewan. In addition, Blackpearl is offering five nonproducing conventional oil and gas properties and one undeveloped oilsands lease. Production is approximately 670 barrels of oil equivalent per day (3.24 million cubic feet of gas; 130 barrels of oil and liquids). Proved reserves are 1.2 million barrels of oil equivalent.
