Total Energy Services Inc. will repurchase common shares through a normal course issuer bid through the Toronto Stock Exchange, the company said Sept. 28. The shares will be canceled by the company.
There are about 30.9 million issued and outstanding shares. The normal course issuer bid is scheduled to begin Sept. 30. Total may purchase about 1.5 million shares (5% of the total) between Sept. 30 of this year and Sept. 29, 2016.
Total Energy Services Inc. is based in Calgary, Alberta.
