Description
Lubbock, Texas-based Smith Energy Operating Co. has completed a CMI Field-Spraberry producer in Dawson County (RRC Dist. 8A), Texas. The #1 Wheelis 14 pumped 152 bbl of 36-degree-gravity oil and 35 Mcf of gas per day from acidized perforations at 7,809-19 ft. It was drilled to 8,100 ft and is on 80-acre Midland Basin lease in Section 14, Block M, EL&RR Survey, A-547. In 2017, Smith completed its first well in the reservoir at #1 Alexander 13 that produced 313 bbl of oil and 194 Mcf of gas per day during its first five months online from perforations at 4,927-5,015 ft.
