SM Energy Co. (SM) closed the exchange offer of $600 million of its 6.125% senior notes, the company said July 10.
The notes are due 2022, and were exchanged for an identical amount of outstanding, identical notes that were issued in a Nov. 17, 2014 private placement.
The exchange offer expired July 9, and all of the original notes had been validly tendered, the company said.
