London-based Royal Dutch Shell Plc (NYSE: RDS-A, RDS-B) purchased for cancellation 918,000 "B" shares at 2217.74 pence per share on Feb. 28.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of "A" shares of Royal Dutch Shell will be 3,772,388,687 and the remaining number of "B" shares will be 2,616,797,189.
