Pioneer Natural Resources (NYSE: PXD) Frank E. Hopkins will retire as senior vice president of investor relations, the company said on May 31.
Frank recently completed his 13th year leading Pioneer’s investor relations team and was also a member of Pioneer’s management committee. Effective June 1, 2018, Neal H. Shah, vice president, investor relations, will assume Frank’s responsibilities leading the investor relations team.
“Frank has been an outstanding leader at Pioneer and very highly ranked in the investment community among analysts and our investors. We wish Frank all the best in his retirement and look forward to Neal’s many future contributions,” Timothy L. Dove, Pioneer’s president and CEO, said.
