Swan Exploration LLC retained Oil & Gas Asset Clearinghouse LLC to sell Colorado acreage and producing property in Boulder, Larimer and Weld counties.

The offer includes 420.46 net HBP acres, 457.22 net undeveloped leasehold acres, about 5.11% working interest and 3.8% net revenue interest with net production of about 33 bbl/d of oil and 299 Mcf/d of gas and monthly net cash flow of about $69,000.
