Pronghorn Operating LLC retained Meagher Energy Advisors to sell eastern Colorado operated production and leasehold within the Las Animas Arch. The assets, located in Cheyenne, Kiowa and Lincoln counties, Colo., include an average 95% working interest in 21 operated vertical wells with production primarily from the Upper Mississippian Spergen of 189 net bbl/d of oil and 4,668 net leasehold acres (67% HBP), primarily in Cheyenne County. Net cash flow forecast for June is $256,000.

Bids are due June 14. The sale is expected to close July 27 with a June 1 effective date.
